The monthly Zoom prayer meetings, lasting about half an hour, have continued at 7.30pm on the last Wednesday of the month. A Zoom invite is sent out to those people who have expressed a desire to pray. The number of screens is variable ranging from 2 screens (3 people) to as many as 6 screens (8 people). We pray silently and out loud but, as Matthew 18 v20 says, “For where two or three come together in my name, there I am with them.” We always feel the power of the Holy Spirit as we meet. Please let me know if you would like an invite. We would love to have more join us. |

The prayer meeting is every Tuesday in the room at the back of the church. We meet from 10.30 am till 11.30 am (please arrive about 10.25 at the front door, if not ring the bell on the side door) Up to 14 people attend, we average 10 a week. We generally reflect on Sunday’s message and reread some of the scripture. We discuss the impact this message has in our daily lives. We pray for pastoral issues, we read the prayers from the prayer tree and then we pray for whatever gets placed on our hearts. We finish with a piece of scripture. We love having new faces, everyone is welcome, even when it’s now and then It’s the perfect place to come and develop your prayer life and deepen your relationship with God. We are all a work in progress especially regarding prayer. |
